This mixed-use building was registered under the LEED O+M: EB certification system and LEED SILVER certified in that category. The building, its corporate offices, and offices were adapted to comply with recycling, maintenance, purchasing, employee transportation, water and electricity conservation, and the installation of native species policies proposed by our team of LEED consultants. The design also favors natural ventilation and lighting in the workspaces, promoting employee comfort during working hours.
