The segregation of an old house has allowed us to obtain 5 new homes. We reworked the concept of the homes based on a thorough study of the area, proposing open spaces that allowed, from every corner, to enjoy the impressive views of Gran Via. A play of textures and mirrors that covers the homes like a second skin, filling them with light, providing warmth and enhancing the spaces. Gran Vía 61 presents an imposing classic-style façade, notable for its chamfered corner and large windows from which you can enjoy what are undoubtedly some of the best views of Gran Vía. A unique location, with a contemporary design and meticulous finishes.
