Waldorf Astoria & Hilton Hotel Complex
As local architects, we adapted the designs drafted by the Architecture (SB Architects) and Interior Architecture (HBA Architecture) offices and implemented them on-site. For the construction definition, we adapted the designs to local techniques and suppliers. We used on-site planning of more than 2,500 documents on collaborative platforms and BIM management processes for review and collaboration between developers and project personnel.
The following areas were modeled: architecture, interior design, and structure. Likewise, processes such as coordination between disciplines, parametric design, visualizations, virtual tours, and construction documentation management were developed.
