The project is developed in the center of the Chamberí neighborhood, and the objective of the property was to transform and rehabilitate the homes and common elements of a building built in the 40s, in a classic style, very deteriorated by use and the passage of time but which preserves elements with considerable historical value.
To do this, a comprehensive project is proposed that seeks to consolidate the structure of the building, recover the main values of the homes and condition the spaces to current uses and needs while always respecting the heritage protected elements. A deep renovation of the building, in all aspects (structure, facilities, accessibility, PCI, insulation) that makes it sustainable, efficient and adapted to the most demanding requirements of the rental market.
