Master Plan Design Technical Feasibility Study and Business Plan.
Project located in the municipality of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The project consisted of digitizing the topography to conduct a land analysis and provide our client with the optimization of their property, while also providing the architectural conceptualization of the property.
In the design of the Master Plan, the subdivision of single-family and multi-family homes, a commercial area, an office building, a hotel, and amenities was developed. Designing the roads and platforms.
The challenge of this project was topographic optimization with respect to the economic resources related to the cuts and fills that construction in the mountains entails.
