In an unbeatable setting, located in the city of Salamanca, which, after Bologna and Oxford, contains the oldest university in Europe, we were faced with the complex challenge of transforming a building under construction initially conceived as an apartment block into a modern student residence.
Taking advantage of the existing structure of the building, we were able to design a residence of international essence, equipped with the best services, where the building is conceived as a sequence of spaces that invite students to share, socialize, concentrate or rest, in a natural and diverse way, in a comfortable and convenient environment.
In this way, we managed to bring a building that had died before being born to life, standing out from its surroundings and claiming the proper and characteristic use of this university city par excellence.
