It is an example of a perfect blend of nature and urbanity. In close collaboration with the client, we designed a unique 14-hectare mixed-use development, planned to minimize environmental degradation and enhance aesthetic and recreational appeal. The masterplan includes green infrastructure, safe areas for cyclists and pedestrians, and a 32,000 m2 natural park for recreational, sports, cultural, and spiritual facilities.
