Student residence, featuring a hotel-style design and layout in the configuration of its rooms. Due to the versatility of the concept and its location on the island of Saint Maarten, the proposal is developed in two buildings of four levels each, supported by a common base, from which each building is distributed and ventilated. With the intention of generating cross-ventilation in all rooms, an atrium was designed that articulates each tower, providing access to each room.
