Galileo 9 is a comprehensive renovation project of an early 20th-century residential building in Madrid, where the ornate brick façade and protected interior staircase structure the intervention.

The project restores the building’s original character and combines it with a contemporary extension that responds to its urban surroundings, establishing a clear balance between the historic and the present.

The new residential program comprises 23 one- to three-bedroom homes, conceived under a boutique hotel concept, where #NewLuxury is expressed through details and the living experience: a lobby with a strong identity, carefully designed communal areas, a gym, a garden with a swimming pool, and interior design that brings the atmosphere of a hotel into the residential setting.
