Ramblas Maho Group is a mixed-use project located in St. Maarten, combining residences, retail, and public spaces within an architectural proposal inspired by a new Caribbean colonial style. Developed in two phases, the scheme includes buildings of up to four stories, underground parking, and a pedestrian rambla with green areas and amenities.

The design prioritizes construction efficiency and sustainability, incorporating modular and prefabricated systems, long-lasting materials, and a layout that encourages natural light and cross ventilation, creating a functional environment in tune with the island’s tropical climate.
