Fundadores 27 is a comprehensive residential project in which architecture, interior design and project management are brought together under a single vision. The intervention is carried out on an existing building that preserves its original brick façade, an element of significant architectural value, distinguished by the richness of its brickwork patterns and its character.

The project reinterprets this historic foundation through a contemporary lens, resulting in 18 homes with 1 to 3 bedrooms. Each unit has been designed according to criteria of functionality, comfort and spatial coherence, integrating respect for the existing building with a contemporary proposal.

The result is a balanced residential development, where the identity of the building is preserved and enhanced, creating spaces that respond to today’s needs without losing their original essence.
