This project involved the BIM development of an overpass on the Palencia section, with an approximate length of 1.3 km, aimed at optimising technical coordination and construction accuracy for the infrastructure.
The model was developed to LOD 350, enabling detailed control of the project’s various systems. The scope included the modelling of reinforcing steel, the optimisation of the drainage system and electrical installations, as well as the design of embankments and cross sections to ensure structural stability and proper integration with the railway line.
Through the BIM methodology, coordination between disciplines and the quality of the technical documentation were improved, ensuring efficient execution and long-lasting infrastructure.
