This project consisted of the development of the BIM model for the Detailed Design of a helicopter hangar at a military base in Spain.
The scope included the multidisciplinary modelling of architecture, structure and MEP systems, reaching a level of development of LOD 300. This enabled precise coordination between the different disciplines and provided a solid technical basis for the construction phase. Based on the digital model, a complete set of 230 drawings was generated, structured and managed in accordance with ISO 19650 criteria, forming the detailed design documentation required for the start of construction.
