This project consisted of BIM consulting for the development of port infrastructure in Baja California, covering an approximate area of 180,000 m².
The intervention focused on structural modeling at LOD 400, with special attention to critical elements and key components of the port system, optimizing functionality, technical coordination and construction safety.
Detailed drawings, structural reinforcement analyses and precise technical documentation were generated from the digital model to support the proper execution of the project.
The entire process was managed under ISO 19650 standards, including the development of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), the Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP) and the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), ensuring information traceability, quality control and compliance with project milestones.
