The BIM implementation project for Grupo Bimbo represented a key step in the standardization of digital processes across the design and construction phases of the company’s industrial facilities, storage centers and real estate assets.

Following ISO 19650 standards, a corporate BIM framework was developed to optimize coordination between multidisciplinary teams and improve information management throughout the project life cycle.

The implementation incorporated BIM 4D and 5D methodologies, enabling more accurate scheduling and budgeting. In addition, through advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, project monitoring and data-driven decision-making were strengthened.

The result is a digital structure that drives efficiency, transparency and collaboration in industrial infrastructure projects at a global scale.
