Located on the main promenade of Santa Eulalia del Río, just a few metres from the sea, EB Hotels is integrated into one of the island’s most representative urban settings. The project recovers the essence of the Mediterranean old town, combining its architectural value with a contemporary reinterpretation that is respectful of its context.
The building accommodates 83 rooms and services developed to high-quality hotel standards. As a distinctive feature, its panoramic rooftop stands out, establishing a direct connection with the seascape and the mountainous topography, creating an experience fully integrated with the surroundings.
From a technical perspective, the project posed the challenge of coordinating multiple systems within a compact space. Through advanced BIM methodologies, a model was developed to LOD 350, accurately integrating the hydraulic, HVAC, electrical and fire protection systems. 3D coordination and early clash detection made it possible to optimise the design and ensure an efficient and controlled construction process.
