Located in the Riviera Maya, Hotel Amai is a large-scale hotel project developed from the designs of SB Architects and HBA Architecture, whose implementation and technical adaptation were carried out within the local context.

The scope included the development of the Detailed Design for Architecture and Interior Design, adapting the designs to local regulations, construction systems and suppliers. A drawing package comprising more than 2,500 documents was managed through collaborative platforms, optimising processes through BIM methodology to facilitate coordination between developers, designers and the construction team.

The work included the modelling of architecture, interior design and structure, interdisciplinary coordination, parametric design, visualisations and virtual walkthroughs, as well as the comprehensive management of construction documentation. During the construction phase, the supervision team maintained constant communication with the technical office, ensuring information updates and real-time monitoring.
