St. Regis Costa Mujeres is a high-end hospitality project designed by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, integrating 158 luxury rooms, 80 residences and an extensive range of amenities, developed on the Mexican Caribbean coast.

Impar developed the construction documentation for the complex, ensuring technical precision and comprehensive coordination in a large-scale project.

The scope included digital modelling, the production of more than 1,500 drawings and the development of quantity take-offs, as well as the generation of a bill of quantities and automations. The implementation of BIM 5D processes enabled the extraction of accurate volumetric data and automatic quantity validations, ensuring cost reliability and technical control throughout the entire process.

The project reflects the ability to integrate technology, advanced coordination and technical rigour in highly complex hotel developments.
