This project consisted of the digitalisation of 14 executive hotels from the ACCOR chain in Madrid, with a total built area of more than 85,000 m², using 3D laser scanning technology.
Based on the capture of colour point clouds, BIM models were developed in Revit, accurately reflecting the current condition of each property. This documentation provides a reliable graphic and technical basis for future refurbishments, asset valuations or sale and purchase processes.
The project was carried out entirely using BIM methodology, ensuring information traceability, remote consultation of finishes and construction details, and enabling informed and strategic decision-making in asset management.
An intervention that demonstrates the value of BIM as a key tool for the digitalisation, analysis and planning of hotel assets.
