The project consisted of Project Management services for the refurbishment of the Secrets Playa Mujeres Hotel in Cancún, a hotel complex comprising 424 rooms distributed across 12 buildings of varying heights.

The intervention covered the renovation of more than 30,000 m² of terraces and different room typologies: Junior Suite Double and King, Master and Presidential, ensuring proper coordination between design, execution and operations within an active hotel environment.
