This project consisted of the architectural development and construction execution of Calzedonia stores in the Yucatán Peninsula, ensuring the correct implementation of the brand’s international standards in each retail space.

The intervention included the adaptation of the design to local conditions, as well as the technical coordination required to ensure coherence between brand identity, spatial functionality and construction quality.

Through comprehensive process management, timelines, costs and execution were optimized, enabling the delivery of efficient retail spaces aligned with the brand’s retail experience.
