This project involved the development of detailed design documentation and construction for several 7-Eleven stores in southeastern Mexico, supporting the growth of the brand in the region.

The intervention covered everything from the technical definition of the project to construction execution, ensuring compliance with the operational, regulatory and construction standards specific to the retail format. Through comprehensive process management, costs, execution times and coordination between disciplines were optimised, ensuring the delivery of functional and efficient spaces.
