A residential renovation project that integrates the building’s most valuable architectural elements into a contemporary, functional proposal that respects its distinguished character.

The building houses 20 one- to four-bedroom homes, along with a private-use courtyard, storage rooms, communal areas, a gym, and a gastroteca. Its Art Nouveau lines, ornamental ironwork, staircase, frosted glass, and original lighting fixtures reinforce the historic charm of this early-century building.

Francisco de Rojas 2 was the venue for Casa Decor 2018, one of Spain’s most important interior design events.
