A three-story residential development located on Grand Anse Main Road in St. George’s, Grenada, on a site of approximately 1.530 m². The project includes 13 residential units of different types, as well as amenities and common areas such as a gym, swimming pool, outdoor deck, private gardens, and parking.
IMPAR developed the architectural construction documentation for the project, including layouts, reflected ceiling plans, masonry, finishes, lighting and electrical criteria, construction details, and multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring the technical and functional integration of all disciplines involved.
