Located on a representative corner of La Latina, Toledo 123 proposes the renovation of a residential building through a contemporary, functional approach that remains respectful of its urban context.

The project comprises 20 homes, integrating solutions that optimize space, industrial design elements, and a careful use of natural light. The intervention preserves the traditional character of the neighborhood, reinterpreting it through contemporary and efficient spaces.
