El viaje del humo is IMPAR’s proposal for Casa Decor 2026, a space that reinterprets traditional 19th-century smoking lounges through a contemporary lens.

Inspired by Moorish aesthetics and the intimate atmosphere of historic smoking rooms, the project creates a sensory experience where light, materials, and the perception of time are transformed. Decorative screens filter warm light, while ochre-toned surfaces and rich textures create an inviting atmosphere that encourages visitors to slow down and reflect.
