This project involves consultancy and architectural design for the comprehensive transformation of the commercial areas at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, covering terminals T1, T2, T4 and T4S and a total intervention area of more than 78,000 m².
The intervention aims to redefine the retail and food & beverage areas, both landside and airside, under the concept of a large international shopping centre integrated within the airport. The project addresses the reorganisation of commercial spaces, enhancing the passenger experience and optimising operations within a highly complex, continuously functioning environment.
Through a commercial consultancy and architectural design strategy, the project proposes a new spatial model that integrates functionality, user experience and commercial dynamism, positioning Madrid-Barajas as a benchmark in airport retail innovation.
