The Benalmádena Station project focused on improving the functionality, accessibility, and urban integration of an existing railway infrastructure.
The intervention included the reorganization of vertical circulation cores, the expansion and redistribution of the lobby, the renovation of the passenger building, and the optimization of the platforms, with the goal of improving passenger flows, user experience, and the station’s relationship with its urban surroundings.
IMPAR developed an LOD 300 As-Built model based on the point cloud survey. The scope included architectural, structural, and MEP modeling, multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection, and the production of As-Built drawings.
