Country Club 62 is a residential project developed on a 1.000 m² lot within Cancún Country Club, conceived as a contemporary home with a minimalist language and serene atmosphere.

The proposal seeks to create a comfortable and peaceful experience for its residents, prioritizing the relationship between architecture and the natural surroundings. To reduce the impact on the existing vegetation, the house opens up to the landscape through large windows and interior spaces visually connected to the greenery.

Natural light and cross ventilation play a leading role, creating bright and calm environments complemented by a material palette of soft tones and natural textures.
