Cruz 20 is a new-build residential project located in Madrid’s historic center, on a corner close to some of the city’s most representative landmarks, such as Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, and Plaza Mayor.

The proposal develops a building with six homes and one retail space, where natural light plays a leading role through the numerous balconies that open onto the urban surroundings.

The homes are conceived with a contemporary, functional, and carefully designed approach, integrating comfortable and well-distributed spaces. Each unit includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room, an integrated kitchen, a laundry area, and a storage room.

The project proposes a contemporary intervention within Madrid’s historic urban fabric, seeking to balance design, livability, and connection with the city.
