Distrito Mujeres is a residential project located in Isla Mujeres, comprising a five-story building with 80 rooms designed for family stays. IMPAR was selected to develop the Construction Design across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines, ensuring the proper materialization of the design.
Detailed bills of quantities were also prepared, including precise specifications for the quantification and valuation of construction elements, ensuring rigorous technical and financial control throughout the execution process.
