Don Ramón de la Cruz 26 proposes the renovation of a residential building that preserves a classic Madrid façade while incorporating a contemporary, functional interior proposal with a high level of technical quality.
The project includes 14 homes, robotic parking, a communal courtyard, and a rooftop with a gym, saunas, indoor and outdoor chill-out areas, and a swimming pool.
The intervention establishes a balance between the building’s classic elements and new spatial solutions focused on comfort, efficiency, and contemporary urban living.
