IMPAR has been selected as a finalist in the Autodesk Design & Make Awards 2026 for the project Post-hurricane digital reconstruction of Hyatt Rose Hall Jamaica.
This recognition highlights the use of Autodesk technology to create real impact in the design, architecture, engineering, and construction industries.
Following the damage caused by Hurricane Melissa, our team developed an As-Built BIM model based on 3D laser scanning, transforming information on the hotel complex’s actual condition into a precise and structured digital basis.
This process helped facilitate damage assessment and the planning of the project’s next phases, supporting a more efficient and better-informed recovery.
Being named a finalist in this edition reaffirms our commitment to innovation, rigorous information management, and the use of technology as a tool to design, coordinate, and build with greater certainty.
Thank you to the entire team who made this project and this recognition possible.
