Fuencarral 149 is a residential renovation project located on a representative corner of Madrid’s Chamberí district, between Fuencarral and San Bernardo streets.

The building preserves a classic Madrid façade, framed by wrought-iron and glass bay windows that reinforce its distinguished character and urban presence. The intervention includes 3 functional apartments, integrating the building’s most valuable architectural elements into modern, comfortable, and carefully designed spaces.

IMPAR developed the design, project management, and construction management for the project, ensuring a respectful intervention that preserves the building’s original identity while adapting it to the needs of contemporary living.
