A new-build residential building in the center of Madrid that reinterprets the industrial character of New York’s most iconic neighborhoods through a contemporary lens.

The project comprises 27 homes with carefully designed interiors, high ceilings, a brick façade, and large bay windows that enhance the entry of natural light. Brick becomes the defining element, bringing warmth, texture, and personality to the whole.

The proposal is complemented by functional and attractive communal areas, including a gastroteca with a terrace, a courtyard with a swimming pool, and parking, creating an urban residential experience that is comfortable and full of character.
