Gran Vía 61 is a residential project located on one of Madrid’s most emblematic avenues, with privileged views of Gran Vía.

The intervention consisted of dividing a former residence to create 5 new residential units, rethinking the original layout through a detailed study of the surroundings and the spatial potential of the property.

IMPAR developed the design, project management, and construction management for the project, proposing open and functional spaces that allow residents to enjoy the views from different areas within each home, integrating comfort, spaciousness, and a direct connection with the city.
