Master Plan Guaynabo is a comprehensive planning project located in Guaynabo, developed through the master plan design, technical feasibility study, and business plan for the scheme.
The intervention began with the digitalization of the topography, enabling a precise analysis of the site and the optimization of the land from an architectural, urban, and economic perspective. Based on this study, the overall layout was defined, comprising 93 homes — both single-family and multifamily — as well as retail areas, an office building, a hotel, amenities, roads, and platforms.
The project’s main challenge was topographic optimization within a mountainous construction context, balancing technical and economic criteria related to cut-and-fill operations, with the aim of ensuring the development’s feasibility and efficiency.
Master Plan Guaynabo reflects an integrated planning vision, where architecture, territory, and strategy work together to create an efficient and sustainable urban development.
