Ciudad Terraquia is a master plan project for a 28-hectare mixed-use development, conceived to integrate sensitively with its surroundings and minimize environmental impact, placing the landscape at the heart of the scheme.
The proposal organizes macro-lots for single-family and multifamily housing, green infrastructure, and pedestrian and cycling routes, articulated around a 32,000 m² natural park that brings together recreational, sports, cultural, and social spaces, strengthening community life.
The urban design includes the definition of macro-lots, clubhouses, children’s areas, parks, urban architecture, and landscaping. In parallel, green areas and strategic access points were executed through a Construction Management process, ensuring coherence between the master plan vision and its materialization.
Ciudad Terraquia presents a long-term vision for urban development, where territory, sustainability, and quality of life are integrated through clear and balanced planning.
