The purpose of this project is to transform an old private institutional building into a modern office building located in the old town of Madrid, which would be attractive yo young companies interested in this type of location.
To this end, two main interventions are proposed; On the one hand, to enhance interior natural lighting by creating diaphanous and light-permeable spaces, expanding the patios and opening the gaps from the façades to the streets as much as possible, and on the other hand, an interior design concept with its own personality is proposed, based on chromatic contrast of black and white and the use of noble materials and basic geometric shapes that differentiate it from conventional offices, achieving elegant and bright spaces, pleasant and comfortable for workers and surprising for visitors.
