The Sambil Outlet project, located in Leganés, Madrid, consisted of the complete reconfiguration of the former M40 shopping centre, giving rise to a new commercial concept capable of revitalising the asset and repositioning it within the area’s retail offering.
The intervention ranged from commercial consultancy and architectural project development through to construction management, redefining both the spatial organisation and the commercial strategy of the complex. The new design reorganises circulation routes, spaces and retail areas, creating a more attractive, functional and competitive environment.
With an approximate area of 145,000 m², the project represented a comprehensive transformation that enabled the shopping centre to be reactivated and adapted to the current dynamics of the outlet market.
