IMPAR collaborated on the development of the As-Built model for the train parking area and freight terminal in Vicálvaro, Madrid, a railway project developed under BIM methodology with a focus on technical coordination and the precise modeling of critical infrastructure.
The work was developed at LOD 200/300/350 and included the modeling of railway tracks, clearances, catenary systems, drainage, CMS, structures, electrification, lighting, fire protection systems, and affected utilities.
Through BIM coordination and clash detection, the project ensured proper integration between disciplines and the technical coherence of the model for its development and documentation.
