West Madrid is an industrial complex composed of nine attached warehouse units, each distributed across three levels, in addition to a shared underground parking level.
The building’s main use is industrial, while also incorporating compatible uses such as offices and private facilities linked to the needs of the main activity.
IMPAR developed the project management, coordinating the technical and operational aspects required to move forward with a functional, flexible proposal adapted to the needs of the complex.
