La Moraleja is a single-family residence located in one of Madrid’s most exclusive residential areas, on a plot of more than one hectare. With over 2,000 m² of built area, the project proposes a contemporary architecture that integrates naturally with its surroundings.
The house is articulated through parallel walls of exposed white reinforced concrete, which define both the structure and the character of the project, generating open and continuous spaces connected by large glass panels. This arrangement blurs the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, strengthening the relationship with the landscape.
The terrace, connected to the swimming pool and garden, acts as an extension of the living space, while the landscape design, conceived as a domestic forest that preserves native species, completes a proposal where architecture, nature, and well-being coexist in balance.
