For this corporate building in Barcelona, which includes common areas and recreational spaces, an Asset Information Model (AIM) was developed together with an As-Built BIM model, ensuring an accurate digital representation of the built condition.

The scope included architectural and structural modeling at LOD 350/500 (As-Built), MEP coordination and clash detection, the production of construction drawings, and quantity takeoffs for construction measurements. Specific parameters for facility management were also integrated, ensuring that the model could serve as an active tool for the building’s operation and maintenance.

The project consolidates a reliable digital basis for the strategic management of the asset, combining technical precision, interdisciplinary coordination, and information traceability.
