The Six Senses Ibiza project corresponds to Phase 2 of Construction Management for a hotel development located in a steep natural setting on the island of Ibiza, with an approximate area of 35,000 m².

IMPAR’s involvement focused on the strategic phases of tender management, procurement processes and contractor negotiations, ensuring an efficient construction start aligned with the operator’s standards.

The scope also included the management and execution coordination of the preliminary phases of excavation, structure and civil works, whose technical complexity was conditioned by the site’s topography and the sensitivity of its natural surroundings.
